“Don’t adapt yourself to yoga, adapt yoga to yourself” - Krishnamacharya
This practice looks slow to the outer eye. There’s less happening outside, but more happening inside. This class is gentle, but deep. We explore our unique edges releasing resistance; we become more tolerant and flexible. We respect our bodies as they are, and their intelligence. Learn simple, but powerful ways to increase flexibility, build strength, and reduce stress. This class is suitable for seniors, for seasoned practitioners and beginners.
