In Yoga Nidra, you rest comfortably lying down. It is a guided meditation experience that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. The effect is that you’ll be rejuvenated and renewed with no effort. All you do is lie down and listen. Even if you drift off, your subconscious is listening. It’s said that an hour of Yoga Nidra gives the benefit of four hours of deep sleep. Give yourself the gift of profound rest! Before we lie down, we’ll do a few simple stretches. Everyone welcome!
