Susan Coady has been teaching yoga for almost 40 years. She is certified through Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox MA. Over the years she’s taken many programs at Kripalu, is certified in Ayurvedic studies and bodywork, is a graduate of Russill Paul’s 4 year Yogic Mystery School, and is currently an advanced student of Raja Choudhury, avidly exploring the Shakti tradition of mantra and meditation. Susan believes yoga should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone!
