Daniel J. Eccher, Esq. is the Managing Shareholder at Levey, Wagley, Putman & Eccher, P.A. Dan's favorite problem to solve is helping clients figure out how to afford long-term care while having something left for their family. He also enjoys helping couples establish estate plans such that their children will be provided something upon the couple's death. Dan has been in legal practice in Maine since 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Dan practiced in Waterville, Maine, and had a brief stint at the Attorney General’s office. Upon his graduation from the University of Maine School of Law, he received the Pro Bono Publico award for his work with the Volunteer Lawyers Project. Dan currently volunteers for a number of non-profit groups. A graduate of the Waterville Public Schools and Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, Dan now lives in Oakland, Maine, with his young family.
